In a successful coaching relationship, you will
be inspired to take steps and accomplish tasks and goals which have been
difficult to achieve up to now. Two factors are essential to a beneficial
outcome.
First, the chemistry between you and the coach
must feel right. You want to be able to be honest and feel safe enough to
be open and take some risks, in terms of trying some new behaviors.
Second, it is important that you are motivated
and committed to the process. This means making the time available in your
life to follow up on the ideas and activities created during your coaching
conversations. It also means that you will be committed to keeping the
appointments and that you are able to invest financially at whatever level you
have agreed to. (For a Fee Schedule from Second Half Coaching, please

are some questions to help you determine whether you feel ready to make the
leap. They will also help you get into the "coaching mindset." Feel
