Susan Allen is a Professional Coach and Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings.   She has spoken to groups of women, parents, educators, doctors, and law enforcement professionals about issues relating to health, relationships, body image, and communication.  She is currently writing a series of articles addressing emotional, relational, spiritual and vocational  growth in the Second Half of Life.

Susan has found that people often choose a coach based on WHO the coach is, in addition to WHAT the coach has accomplished. Some of her story includes the following: Graduation from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a B.S. in Psychology, and graduate work at Northeastern University in Boston, receiving a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology in 1985. She completed her coaching training through the Mentor Coach program, which specializes in training mental health professionals in the areas of personal and executive coaching.

The core parts of Susan's life are her family and home. She believes that the joys and challenges of a long-term marriage and two college-age children add a richness to life and work! Her home is on the New England coast, where she loves the inspiration and beauty of the natural world. Susan strives for balance in her life through reading, athletic interests, travel, pottery, and friends.
